The Photographs
Unless stated otherwise, all photographs appearing on this website are available for purchase as fine art prints. Images are printed on acid free watercolor paper and are considered gallery quality. All limited edition prints are printed with a white border to allow for proper framing. All image sizes stated on this website refer to the actual size of the photograph, and do not take into account the white border.

Each image is available for purchase in a number of different sizes. "Limited Edition" means that there are only a specified number of prints available for each particular size. For example, a 12" x 18" print of a particular image may be sold in a limited edition of 250 prints. If you purchase the first image in this limited edition, your print will be marked as 1/250. If you purchase the second image, your print will be marked as 2/250, and so on. Once all 250 images in the 12" x 18" edition have been sold, the particular image will no longer be available for sale in this size.

Poster prints are photographic prints printed in poster sizes of 20x30"

Larger images are available on Canvas. Please contact Moody directly for availability of images and sizes. Canvases are museum wrapped unless other wise requested. Canvases are signed in acrylic paint by the artist.

Photographs are signed by the artist with a gold, waterproof non-smudge metallic pen and edition information. Each photograph is also accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the photographer.

Purchase Information
Photographs may be purchased online by credit card or by international wire transfer.

Credit Card Payments
You may purchase photographs online by credit card through Paypal. Currently, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards through Paypal Payments. Once your credit card payment has been processed, you will receive an email from Paypal confirming your purchase. We will also send you an email confirming the details of your transaction. Prices include shipping in the continental United States. Additional shipping fees will be added onto the order for shipments outside of the continental U.S.A. International sales will receive an email detailing the additional shipping and handling charges and will need to pay those fees before the artwork will be shipped.

International Wire Transfer
Payments may also be made by international wire transfer to Stephen Moody. If you choose this payment option, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your purchase, together with details of how to make your payment by wire transfer to our bank account. You are responsible for any transfer or other charges imposed by your bank in respect of the telegraphic transfer.

Delivery
The prices stated on this website are inclusive of delivery costs to anywhere in the continental United States of America. You are responsible for any additional shipping fees, charges, levies, taxes or other costs that may be imposed by customs authorities in your country.

Once you receive an email from us confirming your payment has been received, your order will be processed. All images are sent by FedEx Express and are professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We will also send you an email with a FedEx Tracking Number when your image has been dispatched for delivery. You may track the location of your image during delivery by following the instructions on the FedEx website.
You can expect to receive your image within approximately two weeks from the date we receive your payment.

Refund Policy
It is our policy to replace photographs that are damaged in transit. Replacement prints are shipped only after the return and inspection of all damaged merchandise. In certain cases, refunds may be granted and are processed solely according to the discretion of Stephen Moody - Artist.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any purpose other than to complete you order. Your email address will not be used other than for the purpose of contacting you about your order or for sending you information about updates to this website if you have chosen to receive such information.
